Security recruitment & labour supply

Security people matched to the assignment.

CP Protect coordinates personnel around defined roles, locations, shift patterns and deployment requirements, with clear communication from mobilisation through approved time records.

Capacity with control

Requirements assessed before cover is confirmed.

Availability depends on the role, location, shift, lead time and personnel who meet the agreed criteria.

Where we support

Flexible capacity for changing workforce demand.

We assess each requirement on its own operational facts. No location, response time or shift fulfilment is assumed until it is confirmed in writing.

Planned mobilisation

Workforce support for a new contract, site or defined change in service demand.

Roster capacity

Additional personnel considered against existing roles, shifts and site requirements.

Peak demand

Time-bound workforce requirements assessed against role criteria and available capacity.

Operational gaps

Short-notice requirements reviewed without promising cover before availability is confirmed.

Workforce coordination

A documented path from demand to completed shift.

The workflow is configured around the agreed service scope and the responsibilities of CP Protect, the client and the worker.

Deployment criteria

Matched to a defined role—not a generic brief.

The assignment brief sets the criteria. The service schedule then records which party completes, verifies and retains each required check.

Role fit

  • Role and activity required
  • Shift pattern and location
  • Relevant experience or site expectations

Documented controls

  • Identity and right-to-work responsibility
  • Licence status for licensable activity
  • Assignment-specific records and instructions

Operational readiness

  • Confirmed availability
  • Onboarding and site information
  • Communication and escalation route

A precise licensing statement

Licensable security work requires the appropriate current SIA licence. CP Protect does not describe personnel as “SIA vetted”; licensing and a supplier's own screening process are different.

Service continuity

Plan for change without hiding the constraints.

Roster changes, absence and new demand can place immediate pressure on a security operation. We review the requirement, communicate current status and coordinate available options through the agreed escalation route.

Replacement cover is subject to suitable personnel being available and is never presented as guaranteed before confirmation.

Workforce requirement

Tell us the role, place, shift and headcount.

We will review the requirement and confirm what can be supported, the information required and a realistic mobilisation path.
